Glad we have Simon to always educate us on what is or isn't acceptable and appropriate subject matter for storylines, angles, and jokes.

53:59 the horse actually kicked Funk in the bicep.  that was a scary moment, I owned a few horses at the time and knew just how hard they could kick, but the Funker might have uttered the single funniest sentence in all of wrestling after they got out of the stall.  Funk looked at Candido and muttered, "Damn horse is tougher than you are."  I died.

Kamala was the late Jim Harris.
He had a fantastic stint in the UK, with Joint Promotions, under the guise of being the "Mississippi Mauler".

I can believe that Jake Roberts got screwed over on his money, but in no way was he ever looking at 3.5 million a year.
Five years later, when he was the hottest property in the business, Bret got 2.5 million. Which was insane money at the time.
I suspect that Jake has added a zero to make it sound better.

Caged heat, house of pain, and the cage match were three different cages / concepts. Caged heat was basically hell in a cell. House of pain was like a normal cage with a roof and handcuffs, iirc the point was to handcuff and beat ur opponent , stupid idea but still different from the other two..

You missed lance storm. He was also commisioner.he fought with CAT for comissioner on line

As usual, content you totally don't remember... except when you totally do. Vividly and in great detail.

I still dont understand how or when Harlem Heat were renamed from Kane and Kole to Booker T and Stevie Ray. If they ever said there was a reason I dont recall. I just remember for a little while they were Kane and Kole then suddenly Were going by different names? Harlem Heat was one of the greatest tag teams wcw ever had.

I remember growing up in the late 80s early 90s and was always a hardcore fan of WWF. I would watch some of WCW when my dad watched it, but wasn’t as big a fan of WCW because they weren’t as colorful as WWF. By 1993 I enjoy watching both, but still watched WWF more and eventually choose WWF 1996.

How could you forget Animals big singles return to WCW it only happened on one of the last PPVs that WCW would have but he also debuted officially in the match where Sid broke his damn leg in half? It still hurts just watching that match back now & for more reasons than just Sid breaking his leg horrifically live in the main event of that PPV!!!

The wildest stipulation was in GWF and it was called the Bungee Cord Match

Lenny Crowmega lowkey sounding kinda dope

14:29 hey man you can jam the idea of them being aliens inside of team Canada but then we look at Statlander and we don't think nothing huh

It may have gotten a large pop but I think it was silly for Whovintube to eliminate himself and just give up a shot at the cruiserweight strap, all because Deanster had some hardcore beefski with Jericho. Dean didn't even have much to be angry about except for the fact that Jericho knew more wrestling moves than him. GREAT moves like the ARM DRAG!!

I'd love to argue Nashy deliberately stood in the wrong position for the 'bloodbaths' but given the positions of the spots one would have to point the finger at the production team

Somebody has to do the Lenny Kromega gimmick on the Indys. Would be a great tag team partner for Blue Kane.🎉

3 days. Jake the snake was screwed by 72 hours. I never knew it was only 3 days. Damn thats rough😂😂

Sabu had a great feud with Big Sky, better know as Sabretooth in the first X-Men movie or Michael Myers in the Rob Zombie remakes, for at least one night anyways because i went to a house show where they were doing tapings and they wrestled 4 different times that night and always changed gear, well except for Big Sky because he just wore short blue trunks and black boots basically (LOL) oddly enough it was not as one sided as you would think it would be!

Kamala wasn't even in the Uncensored 96 Doomsday Cage Match, he was suppose to be but he wasn't there and that's one reason they had to bring in "Bane" from the Batman and Robin movie and have in the bottom cage with Zeus or Z-Gangsta or whatever they were calling him at that time but there is NO Kamala!

10:23 - yeah you already mentioned this earlier.
