"Dentists don't tell you the truth."  Yeah, I learned that from my last dentist.

Can criticise this procedure as much as you like. I have had 3 root canals (3 different dentists) and 100% left infections in the Jaw bone, picked up by eventual 3D xrays at the surgeon. My current dentist (not been to for 6 years), broke the files off in the cavity (root canal) for my wife, charged her, sent her to a specialist (who charged her) to remove the broken tools, then charged her again to complete the sketchy process. Can you imagine any other trades person getting away with that. Never met a decent dentist.

The high price will make you cry for days…😭🦷

I remember having rotten teeth in kindergarten….. she proceeded to have some of my teeth pulled and partial dental work that created more dead teeth.

Now I have no bottom molars. It’s hard to eat. Be grateful for your health. I was robbed but I’m doing the best I can ❤

I got 4 minutes into this video and stopped! Why? Because almost immediately, I could tell that this dentist was telling the truth. He explained the possible complications of the body not accepting the titanium implant, and no dentist to date,( not even my own dentist), has gone into detail like this dentist. High, Kudos to you, Sir. Honesty, and transparency are wonderful character traits to develop in life.

Best Dental care i ever received was in the military.  Those dentist fixed what needed fixed. They had no motivation to keep seeing you again and again.

As a dentist with 25 years of experience, I appreciate how clearly this video explains the healing process. One important addition. regular gum health checks are just as critical as bone integration, because untreated gum disease can lead to implant failure even years later. Daily cleaning with interdental brushes or water flossers can make a huge difference in longevity. Wishing everyone strong teeth and confident smiles.

Dental health care should be taught in schools from a very early age instead of all this other rubbish they put in their heads these days. Once your natural teeth are gone or giving up you never feel confident.

This dentist is the best, no one ever explained implant procedures like this.

I had extensive dental work done last year, including six implants. Most of this was necessary because I was knocked down as a child, which damaged my teeth early on. I also lost back teeth later in life due to poor habits and drinking sugary fizzy drinks. If there’s one piece of advice I can give, it’s this: stop drinking fizzy drinks — they are not good for you in any way.

I had worn a denture since my late teens and, at one point, even had a bridge, but that eventually failed. When my circumstances improved and I moved to a new area, my new dentist recommended implants and gave me the opportunity to finally be happy with my smile again.

I won’t lie — I was really worried about the cost. But after thinking it through, I decided to go ahead with the treatment. Because of bone loss, I needed a bone graft first. This was by far the most difficult part. The roof of my mouth had to be opened, and artificial bone was installed at the back of my mouth. Nails were used to secure it in place. The procedure took about two hours, and afterwards my face was bruised and badly swollen.

Three months later came stage two: opening the gums again to install the main screws, the key components of the implants. Due to appointment delays, it took another four to six months before the next step. Then my gums were opened again, and temporary abutments were placed — these stuck out of my gums to prepare for the crowns.

Two weeks later, I received my first set of teeth. They didn’t fit perfectly, but that was expected. A week after that, I got my permanent crowns. This part was surprisingly quick — they simply screwed them into place. You can feel pressure when it happens, and your gums may be sore for a short time, but you do get used to it.

At the same time, I also had two conventional crowns fitted to make everything symmetrical. The next day, I experienced pressure pain from two teeth pushing together. I couldn’t see my dentist immediately due to travel plans, but I did a week later. A tiny adjustment — filing the crown ever so slightly — solved the problem instantly.

The total cost was €24,000, which I was able to pay in stages throughout the treatment. Today, I’m genuinely happy with the results. Is my smile perfect? No. But it’s a massive improvement, and I feel incredibly lucky and grateful for the treatment I received.

Have 5 implants with absolutely no problems ever.

I am from France.  I've had 2 implants. 100% satisfied with my dentist and surgeons.

My dad got multiple implants done in the same day. Implant + tooth, all in the same day. I tried to tell him it doesn't sound like a good idea but he didn't listen. It's been years and he's fine. I guess he was lucky.

I needed an implant in one of my front tooth, it’s been 20 years no issues whatsoever. The doctor was very thorough with me about what to expect from this procedure , he was truly professional and a good person. It depends on many factors but im not going into all details just that mine was a successful surgery and i thank and appreciate what he did for me.

I wish this guy was my dentist.  A wise and honest doctor is worth more than gold.
