We utilize many of those ,the bell , the go bags ( everyone has one of their own ) caches , but we also use rechargeable two-way and cb radios with battery backups and cameras that are battery operated and solar charging , they have audio communications and night vision .

I take care of my elderly parents. I started staying awake all night years ago. A small nap later in the day is all I need
