this is the only trial I've where several witness claimed their memory got 'better' over time......an "amazing" attribute that.......

So demeaning, that Karen was hysterical and crying screaming because she’s just found her boyfriend dead, I think I’d be uncontrollably “ frantic “

To me it just doesnt make sense that their dog didnt bark nor that the alberts didnt go out to all the lights on the street on their lawn. Esp as a cop. I cant make up any excuse or explaination for that

This is the only trial I've ever watched where the objection didn't need any kind of justification. Just "objection" works now? Wth

If members of other law enforcement agencies are interviewing her…that tells you everything you need to know…..

The judge let the prosecutor call the ARC expert names, scream at him berate him, and every time the defense ask's a question the lame judge pipes in "NO COMMENTS MR JACKSON" she doesn't want the jury to hear the McCabe's lies, and then her permanent word for the prosecution is "sustained" This judge needs to be removed ASAP!

So why didn't the police secure the crime scene with tape if they suspected a crime occurred as they are testifying?

Will the Judge's career survive this? Doesn't the US judicial system have checks and balances to protect it from what this Judge is doing, which discredits all American justice?
