i think the real exploration update is the friends we made along the way

I think the real ways exploration needs improvement is improving storage and adding more stuff to find

i really am not a fan of these ideas. but i am glad it is free at least for those who do want them.

calling someone out for advertising a mod by advertising your own mod is wild

TOO MANY SOUND EFFECTS!!!

w mod, you should make it so villagers have better trades if being in an at least 5x5x5 area with only air. in other words, it's designed so villagers cant be locked up as easily for trading halls. by better trades, just increasing enchants like mending, prot 4, and unbreaking slightly.

when i get money ill 100% donate though :D

I can't believe you have fewer subs than me, underrated for real. XD

2:41 - And even worse, 8 Dollars in Brazil is 40 R$ (Brazillian Currency called "Reais")

This is kinda clickbait. Jetstarfish didn’t “ruin” modding. People have been putting Minecraft mods on patreons for a long time now. He at least eventually released the mod for free and refunded people, meanwhile other people continue to charge for mods with zero backlash.

Also a reminder the whole making end ships 4x rarer change was only supposed to be a temporary thing. He acknowledged it wasn’t a good solution in the video.

Minecarts are cool fundamenrally but building a railway track by track is just too tedious. The only way I see Minecarts being "viable" as in "Not a huge inconvenience to use and produce" is if we get some mass building mechanism, which obviously wouldnt exist in vanilla Minecraft.

5:09 Japan's bullet train in Minecraft LOL

some of the stuff discussed here seems super interesting. like, the compasses seem really neat! as much as i want powered rails to be easier to craft, it kinda lowers the reward since copper is a lot more common than iron.

additionally, i find the new trading features a little arbitrary. as much as making a villager farm can be pretty boring, it kinda juxtaposes the idea of minecraft being a sandbox. if people wanna make villager farms let them. i just think that adding a whole new item just to reroll trades is extra steps to just breaking and replacing the block. it's the same mechanic, just with more things to do.

the elytra idea seems a lot more like a double-edged sword now. while rockets using up more durability is fun and it makes players think more about spamming rockets to go "weeee!", isn't that kinda one of the things that make the elytra fun? i understand if these changes were made to accomodate for the faster minecarts, but it still feels like shoehorning solutions into a nonexistent problem.

the iron boats seem kinda pointless, like regular boats work fine (take that form someone who's gone 10k blocks for cactus). another comment mentitoned that a boat doesn't really need an alternative since they're the only method of water transport, which i agree with. giving a boat a durability just makes swimming across larger bodies of water more frustrating since you're on the clock to get there AND BACK.

Goated mod, also adds more planning to minecraft on if you wanna reroll a villagers trades and have to create 2 automatic farms to automatically make them instead of just brainless breaking and placing

can’t wait to see the video “How Flux Ruined Minecraft Modding.. (SHOCKING!!)”

Honestly, the compasses that lead you to the significant places are the only glow up I like lmao
Imagine the stronghold one!

One thing that i think you could improve is that the change to furnace minecarts make that transport mobs with it becomes more tedious because minecarts go fater than you and you cant fuel them properly (these is really important to move shulkers for example) a way to solve these would be to give minecart furnaces a small inventory like the normal furnace to keep it fueled but not let you put a stack of coal other solution could be to join minecarts with chains.

This mod is actually godly! You deserve a lot more attention

Cool video man!!! Love the content🎉
