What an amazing apartment. I am curious what everyone thinks of the price? Compared to a similar 2-bed/2-bath apartment where you are. Don't forget the fireplace as well.

Glad to see the vivacious Irina with Russell again. The Sobytie penthouse looks marvelous with everything installed, including that wine cooler and a real wood burner. That will fit more appropriately with an elite family, or a business representative.

Wow, a new district! Such modern buildings, I assume they still have shops and clinics, etc. nearby. It looks like a neighborhood for young families. Great apt and views. 500 quid a month is a small price for such a place.

I'm not surprised it was very warm in there, Russell. I noticed the heating thermostat was set to 32C!! 🥵

I know prices in cities are obscene, & this is no exception. 750 sq ft?! This is tiny & claustrophobic.

Hello from Scotland 🎉

Wow, that’s a very nice looking apartment, and I could easily see myself being there! 😊

I certainly like the look of the living room being very modern while being chic looking too. The wooden burning fireplace is amazing to see within an apartment, and personally I really like it because nothing beats a real crackling fire. The furniture & furnishing is vey nice & comfortable too. The bedroom without a tv is worth sacrificing to gain plentiful cupboard space too. Lastly, the high ceiling gives it the feeling of being spacious & relaxing rather than being feeling enclosed.

Your special guest Irene is a beautiful lady with a great personality, as that’s what you want from someone in her profession that would make you feel relaxed nor rushed before parting with a lot of money!

Russell, one piece of information when you’re describing the cost of buying an apartment or house, and I was wondering what’s the annual or monthly running costs the owner of the building charges for concierge, cleaning and building maintenance. Also, within the UK we have Council Tax to pay monthly charges by the Council which charges for water, sewage and upkeep of the area, etc, and so what would be the average paid by owners such owners or renters within Russia? I know this might be a lot to ask when maybe only getting advised the price of property for sale, but knowing what the annual or monthly costs for having an apartment within high rise would be interesting to know too?

Thanks for another great video by you!

STUNNING!! Love the high ceilings. Everything is very tasteful and sophisticated. Price is high, but not surprising for something this elegant. The view is a "wow" and a fireplace!! Great to see Irina too. She is always so much fun!! This, the Academy townhouse and the apartment that came with the art are my top three favorites. I used to like watching House Hunters in the US, but your real estate videos are much more interesting!! You do a great job with them. Thank you for yet another superb viewing.

Loved the video. The Oyster Bar restaurant was an added plus. I don’t recall ever seeing a place like that in one of your videos. I wouldn’t burn wood in the fireplace. I’ve had a woodburning fireplace and never used it although I do smell wood-burning fireplaces in the neighborhood I live in are there HOA fees for apartments like that to cover the cost of the concierge, etc. You’ve never mentioned it in any of your videos. If so, I would be curious how much it cost per month for the added services.

Irina is cute! It's great you two are helping each other out. She gets more leads and you get to share more homes with us all. We love seeing your wife and other beautiful ladies like Irina special guesting on your channel. Being a PH the price seems about right in current market. Location, location, location.

im a Russian born that grew up in Queens NY since the 90s...Allover really, Kew Gardens, Forest hill, Rego Park, Sunnyside...People that know me call me Sunnyboy because thats where i lived when i 1st came here. And Sunnyside is a part of Long Island City that looks exactly like this right now... They built a bunch of fancy budlings in recent years with stupid coop maintenance fees but no infrastructure

I really love the place, and the fireplace is great. It's nice to be close to the metro and train stations too... and with parking that's great for Moscow.
