Yesterday an electrician installed 7 "arc fault/GFCI" breakers in our upstairs panel.
We will continue updating the house and then sell it.
Fall has arrived, and winter will be here soon. I'll need to get the snow blowing machine ready, blow the water out of the irrigation lines, and various other home owner task.

i just want to go there and observe and check it out, see what it's all about in person. If a girl ask me to buy here a drink I'll just tell her I'm a little short on pesos, but if she can lend me the money I'll be happy to buy her a drink. That should send her packing.
