Expedition Bible

Join Joel at the ruins of ancient Shechem, where Joshua, after renewing the covenant with Israel, erected “a large stone and set it up under the oak near the holy place of the LORD.” (Joshua 9:26) Listen to the story of how this very stone was found…and almost lost…through archaeology.

Jesus isn't English. It's Greek.
Joshua is English.

‘ They didn’t know what the stones were so they broke them up with a sledgehammer.” Genius!

Thank you for making my full sense of the Bible.. understanding what it would have looked like is awesome. May Gods love and grace continue to protect you and your research.

I thank God so much when I watch your videos. I'm so glad He's real and that He confirms the validity of His word through your study of archeology. Much gratitude!

I don't mind sending - puting money in an envelope and posting it - a donation, but I don't trust the internet.

Interesting but wasn't that used to mark gravestone? And Matzeva is different from altar. And the altar was supposed to be placed on Ebal not in Scheccem.

It was found broken just like Moses throwing down the stone tablets God wrote the commandments on when the Hebrews broke the commandments and worshipped the Golden calf while Moses was up on the mount .

🟥 I am already 100% convinced, the Shroud of Turin is genuine Jesus cloth. But this is extremely questionable. Maranatha 😊 But who am I!? 😁

It seems Satan got into Dr Welter that day. Because how does one man push a stone and it's base over when it took a group of men to set it up right? As an archaeologist how can you be so angry at an opposing theory that you further damage an artifact? The devil hates when truth prevails.
