Thank you so much for the love and support, I’m glad everyone is loving the video 🙏
My favourite bit is watching Seb the Australian Strength Coach (Thor’s coach) piss his little panties at the start 💦 👙

The 500KG deadlift is like the four-minute mile. Once it's proven that it can be done, others will follow, but there will only ever be one pioneer.

His eyes changed colour, face turned red, tears of blood trickled down his cheeks. In that moment, Eddie truly became THE BEAST.

The intention of lifting 500 kg was to break the limits of human beings, the intention of lifting 501 kg to break the limit set by another human being. That's the difference.

I'm glad Eddie left strongman after his win. Some guys like Brian Shaw are able to keep it up without destroying themselves but a lot end up trashing their bodies and I think Eddie was on that path. The fact that he's shorter than the big dudes means he had to build up more bulk and weight to keep up with them, it really looks like it was killing him. He's much slimmer and in better health now and I'm glad he is. He's a funny dude and him being around longer is a good thing for everyone.

The only person that got really worried about him was his wife. You can see her agony into her eyes..

Everyone is concerned about Eddie but think about his wife who supported him all throughout his journey.
Respect for such a woman.
Peace

Never forget that this man gave himself a concussion through willpower.

His storytelling is just as impressive as his athletic ability if I’m being honest. This was narrated and illustrated beautifully. Good shit.

After going blind, blacking out, bleeding from every orifice and forgetting his brothers name he says " I had alot more in me that day".

“Would you do it again”

Eddie Hall: “Of course I would, but I’d add 10 kilos on”

I love that

12:50 His eyes changed color to a turquoise blue. He was that close to become the 1st real life Super-Saiyajin!

The Beast looked around for an extra few seconds, made eye contact with each section of that crowd, even after the coaches were telling him to drop it. he looked around and saw what it is to visualize what accomplishing your dreams looks like in as many faces as he could, with the fury and blood on his face, before dropping that 1/2 ton to the ground and shaking history itself. absolute legend.

If he was hydrated he would have done an over head press

Looking at his wife's reaction during this lift, I think she is the only one who instantly realized how much that lift cost him.

His eyes turned turquoise bc he was on the verge of turning super saiyan

brought tears to my eyes when you said you had to think about pulling someone off your kids to pull the bar off the ground. Mannn… Made me think about how much I love my kids and what I would do to protect them.

The close up of his face during the lift is absolutely menacing

The look on Eddie's face and in his eyes during that 500kg deadlift is one of the most intimidating things I've ever seen. Strongest man on the planet on top of the world and he knew it
