"Nice coat"
"Thanks"

Keep in mind that Bruce gave him that coat before he left Gotham for seven years. He still remembers him.

“You always fear...what you don’t understand”
Sees a giant bat beating up 12 guys

"Nice coat"
"Thanks. Heard the gunfire and the screaming, thought I'd come over to have dinner"

2:51 Most memorable line

"What the hell are you?"
"I'm Batman"
Iconic

"You know how to fight six men. We'll teach you how to engage six hundred"

"WHERE ARE YOU?!
"here"
Best scene ever

His girlfriend: what were you doing last night Bruce?
Bruce: just returning some video tapes

2:41 I can only imagine the audience’s reaction to this scene. Hearing the Bale Batman voice for the first time must’ve been epic.

Christian Bale , as  Batman, nailed it with this scene. So memorable.

Still the most epic “I’m Batman” in a movie.

This is the full result of their last meeting from completely disarmed and powerless to overwhelming armed and frighting.
From "And you always fear what you don't understand" to "what the hell are you?"
And the same homeless guy really helps bring it full circle.

RIP Tom Wilkinson. A great actor, we'll have his characters to remember him by.

The way he says “I’m Batman” just gives me chills

His voice in this movie is the perfect Batman voice IMO

Lmao that homeless guy just chilling there.

Now he got a free car and some guns
