Lovely memories of me and my mum watching this. You seem to blink and before you know it, 40 years have passed.

Remember this series we got it over in the UK in the 80s and it was an addictive program to watch

I still remember the theme tune. Watched it with my mum when I got home from school.

I met Rowena Wallace, she was waiting for a train at the station I worked at. Qld Rail was the sponsor of a show she was in. Sat and talked with her and she signed an autograph for me. Such a lovely and sweet person.

Rowena Wallace's timeless beauty. I miss the old soaps; I wish we still had them. Only Home and Away is left, but I haven't watched it in years, as it's not the same.

I used to love Sons and Daughters as a teenager. It was mine and my mum's programme, so many hours of a simple pleasure with my mum. Just thinking of the theme tune makes me cry now for a time gone by.
