John and Tony - one of the combos worth clicking!

Ok, I know most people will think this is waffle, and that’s fair enough, however I was told several weeks ago by an ex player that the issue with the coaching is that MON and the coaches are on completely different pages. Maloney is heading up all training sessions assisted by Fozzy and McManus. Working on tactics all week, then MON appears at the training ground on a Friday and not only selects players to start without having seen them train, but then also dismisses everything that’s been worked on and changes tactics. Going by performances, it looks like this is pretty accurate

Well done guys great well balanced analysis as always.

Unreal factoids from Tony to finish, Celtic mood lifted indeed

Good moming HAIL HAIL THE CCELTIC 😁🫠💚💛🤍🫵🫵🫶🙌🙌👍

We need a direct campaign against Desmond! NOT `sack the board ` GET DESMOND OUT, Name and shame, his ego will never stand a personal campaign against him personally, he is the catalyst to all our problems. give us OUR club back it`s NOT his.

Desmond and that board don’t giv a shit about our fans or football progress

21:11 Colby has been playing inverted at times

I've seen enough to think Martin isn't going to sort this out. I don't believe the team is fully behind him either. No doubt we'll get results against the rest in the league, but Rangers are the best team in Scotland right now. Celtic have too many weak links in the chain, average keeper, average defence, average/weak midfield & a frontline that isn't playing to its strengths. Worst of all is our management who don't seem to know how to fix it. A very serious shakeup is needed from top to bottom.

Nottingham Forrest players were calling MON a dinosaur 8 years ago!! We’ve a guy out of touch with modern fitba, being assisted by 3 absolute dumplins!

Its actualy scandlous there has been no clarity from either party on this . The unprofesionalism of this club is astounding .

Any leadership team in a company where they have a revenue stream that can be lost would put in place a strategy to get other avenues and proactively generate income

The set up on the field has to be conducive to Kaspers style of play , you can't spend 11 million and play a diffrent Doyle to what he gets goals

Everything is feeling like the local amateur team . Fully expect Martin to wander back into his part time role a resume his duties . Don’t think there is a chance he will walk and some top class management team will arrive . To me it seems ridiculous. Personally I would try and entice big John McGlynn onto the team as assistant. One of the best coaches Scotland has produced for many years . Leave the.tactics to him and I’m sure you would see a footballing identity and real progression. Of course that won’t happen , the status quo will continue and we will smash head on into a brick wall.

John and Tony - Good points raised.
IMO - The changing room is gone. Those players aren’t together, they don’t run and work hard, there’s no style of play and the last three games prove that. *Coaching staff MUST be replaced NOW*.
Martin is a motivator, a man-manager but not a football coach. He has credit in the bank and will always be a legend. He’s earned the right to see out his contract (unless things get worse after the break which is a possibility), but he also has to toughen up and get on with it - stop being a shield and a yes man to the Board, a Board that’s shafted him two transfer windows in a row.
Personally I think it’s time for change from the very top down. It might take a few seasons to get it right but it has to happen. This is the outcome of 14 years of domestic dominance without challenge. It’s eventually caught up because Rangers and Hearts are chasing and getting closer.

Who’s Sam Allardyce? 🤔

Be lucky to win any of the 8 matches worrying times.

Maloney seems out his depth however Martin needs to step up and make decisions.  I love Martin and I hate to see Huns gloating that McInnes has finished Martin. Martins  a legend and deserves to see it thru

I thought the captain, as in McGregor, was suppose to be the go between between the manager, coaching staff and players. Putting aside his lack of pace, lack of power and running in general, it doesn't look like he's getting it across to the rest of them either or getting them by the scruffs of the neck, he looks as lost as the rest of them.

MON, will not leave such a lucrative contract, he is not going to win even one Europa league game, how many months he will take to sort out the players position, trial and error, I had great regards when we won last year, but after LASK and Rangers defeat, his coaching is of bygone era.

Celtic have a real talent for turning good players into average ones. Why is that, is it playing them in wrong positions, unclear tactics etc. It needs addressed
