Remember that immigration policy and enforcement fall to the Executive Branch. As we’ve seen before the district courts have no authority over the Executive Branch.

Thank you for taking your time to make this video to help so many of us take a breath and calm down. These last 18 months or so have been so stressful for my husband and me as we navigate both his now 10-year old asylum petition and our MBGC petition. It's hard to remain calm when the rules of the game seem to be constantly changing and we live in fear every moment of every day, wondering when the next big change is coming. This one has really thrown us for a loop, and I appreciate you taking the time to explain the memo in a way that makes sense to those of us who don't speak legalese while we wait to get the chance to consult with our own immigration attorney to see what our next steps are. You are doing the good work, and I appreciate it! Have a wonderful weekend with your son.

immigration lawyers are going to make bank… They love this…. I guess the question is for the alien that overstayed their visa how much money you’re gonna throw at this to see if you’re gonna win or not? 🧐. The immigration lawyer hopes it’s a lot… If you win your case immigration lawyer makes money if you don’t win your case the immigration lawyer makes money… think about it….
