However I would take the Fluke any day for electrical/power work. But for automotive, electronics, and general home use that "FUZZR meter looks very good.
Ceramic fuses, 5 MOV's, 2 PTC's, screwed jacks...
Looks like a rebranded ziboo 17b pro but quite a bit (30% or so) cheaper.
