Got this last week and it's the best $99 I've spent on my studio, ever.

It’s so difficult to still get exited by a soft synth but this is an entirely different animal all together - so much complexity and yet very intuitively built (it’s so inviting to make your own sounds) and it just sounds insanely good! - I love how well it’s explained in this video particularly, which makes it impossible not to immediately add this to my favorites in my DAW as one of my go to synths - and that’s a very rare thing for me to do. Thank you so much for this fantastic and quite comprehensive video and explanation. Absolutely grateful for this synth and for this video!

Watched Plugin Guru demo this on the weekend with the developer giving his whole journey. Really fascinating to hear the background story.
Bought it - sounds great. It does have a unique sound, IMO. Will be a nice complement to all my other software synths, as I like a contrast of textures in my compositions.
Thanks for the review- Well done! 👍🏽

There's some great soft synths out there, Diva, Omnisphere, the list goes on. For reasons I cant begin to understand, if I just close my eyes this is the first soft synth that I "perceive" as sounding like hardware. Maybe its placebo, maybe its just some brilliantly created factory patches, maybe its black magic, I really don't know. For music makers, Traveller has redefined whats possible, well for me at least.

I insta-purchased this earlier this week after watching a couple of reviews. Like you said, up at the top with other synths. I own most of the heavy hitter synth VSTs, and Traveler is in the top three. Thank you for your review.

My prayers center around some rich investor talking key solutions into doing a 61 key hardware version!

This thing sounds amazing! Instant buy for me! Love it!

The first thing i try on soft synth is how the osc behave , stritly raw , how are the enveloppe , and the interaction when engaging several osc ... how is the mix (gain stage , headroom ect ..) the filter , modulation ect ...and early in this stage i was like "what ? wait ...."  simply HW like , specially the ability (I've found only on real analog hw synth) to have a depth in some scenario that almost makes you thing you have a reverb tail how wavefrom wash together via nonlinear enveloppes ...
I don't even talk about the layout , the features , and the Time based fx that are so good that would stay even in post prod unlike 90 of soft synth where i fire a dedicated plugin for reverb , delays ect ..
Not a fan of the chorus and the mix knob curve
Eq is great and welcome ...
A solid release that i consider a future classic .... for the connaisseur .... kids will still go Serum , pigments ect .... fancy stuff that are excellent also but for diff reasons .... (not dissing those synths a people using them , but just saying that the new generation , used to those type of stuff could miss what's superb in this release : authenticity , musicality and super interfacing , class with zero vulgarous zone ...

First sound design video for Traveler i've found on Youtube. Very well done. Thank you very much Sir.

Bought “Traveler” and I have to say, it took me a couple hours to get past the first preset. This softsynth sounds AWESOME! Best I own,and I have hundreds.

Its easy to use, sounds incredible I wasnt going to purchase another VST Synth, I have some of the best ones out there including Omnisphere 3, but when I heard it and my friend David Helpling was part of making patches for it , it was a no brainer for $99

I own practically every VST on the market and Traveler is a niche synth with a very specific sound that no other plugin I have can recreate.  But is it a very specific sound so it will only appeal to those looking for that specific quality.  And for those that are looking for this kind of vintage hardware sound it is pure magic.  I highly recommend trying the demo for yourself.

Man, the oscillators sound great and the filter seems even better. I think I am going to have to get this. Like you said, I love how immediate the user interface is and how much visual feedback you have at a glance.

Traveler sounds surprisingly good. I wonder how they designed the filters etc. And as you said, the user patch folder is a nice detail.

Love the arp patches!

watched a few videos over the last couple of days .. Half way through yours I went to the site and bought a license .. :)

I recently bought this. For people making comparisons, download the Demo and hear for yourself. A lot a quality is lost in video or speaker sound quality. Good video explanation though.

Je souhaiterais connaître d'avantage sur ce Synthe... Allez dans les profondeur pour bien connaître le fonctionnement. Votre vidéo est TOP!... Merci renek

This synth is something special. I've been using the demo for a few days now & this will be purchased on my payday. I own Spire, Sylenth, Serum, Diva, Omnisphere, Nexus & Traveller tops them all to me.

Instant buy. The first „Hardware-VST“. ❤
