For the dough we need to sift 300g/10oz of flour.
Now add 400ml or 2 cups of Kefir to the flour.
Brake 2 eggs.
Mix it all good.
Finely chop 2 slices of ham.
Add small pieces of ham to the bowl with the dough.
Now grate around 300g/10oz of mozzarella cheese.
Add grated mozzarella cheese also to the bowl.
Mix it all well.
Cut some fresh parsley.
Add parsley to the bowl also.
Salt it to your taste.
1 tsp baking powder.
Mix well again.
Add frying oil to the pan where you are gonna dry khachapuri.
Also spread some butter on it.
Pour dough into the pan.
Fry it on low heat for 15 min under the lid.
But I recommend better fry it in a smaller portion.
The size of pancakes would be great!
Because like this it is so hard to turn it over. :)
Fry it on the other side for 5-7 minutes.
Check with a toothpick if the dough is done.
Give it time to  rest and cool for 5 minutes.
So crispy , cheesy ,delicious!
