Who are you waiting on to give you permission to become the woman you want to be?

Queens, reinvention doesn't mean rejecting the woman you used to be. It means honoring everything she's survived while giving yourself permission to grow beyond who she's always been.

Whether you're 60, 70, or beyond, you are not a finished product. You can change your mind, pursue new dreams, establish boundaries, discover new passions, and create a life that reflects who you are TODAY.

And when somebody says, "You've changed," perhaps your response should simply be, "Thank you for noticing."

In today's B-Side conversation, we're talking about embracing change, releasing other people's expectations, and understanding that you don't need a crisis, an explanation, or anybody's approval to reinvent yourself.

Here's my question for you:

If nobody had an opinion about it, what would YOU change about your life?
