I am from Minnesota and I can hear the Minnesoooohtan accent and verbiage coming in on Kelsey. "Oh, Oh ya" when responding to a message is tell-tale especially holding the "Oh" longer then usual.

5:20 Here’s my good ol’ boy non-AI explanation on water towers:  Reservoirs are for mass storage, water towers are mostly there to provide water pressure (plus short term storage).  Elevation and somewhat the fullness of a tank dictate pressure availability.  In most non-metropolitan places water is pushed into your home due to elevation drop, not pumped directly like most people think.  The water *is pumped from the supply side, let’s call it reservoir side, into the tank at a slow speed as water levels drop, like a toilet tank, with a buffer to where the tank is maybe drawn down a maximum percentage during the day as to keep a certain fullness/pressure.   The tank usually catches up in non peak times (night time, afternoons in residential areas, etc).  

Large cities actually do have more tanks than you think, they just blend in among larger buildings, and are still on top of some buildings.  But- they do also use variable pumps that change output on the fly.  Variable pump systems are fancy but high dollar/complicated and have their drawbacks, so they’re used where necessary.  Which isn’t as often as you’d think.

I grew up in STL but my dad was from St. Paul, one time the first time we drove there to take care of Grandma at the home btw passed at exactly 100 years old, but dining in the restaurants and wherever around there , back in the car I made a joke that made him laugh so hard, one of my proudest moments ever , I said, I says, "boy I notice the folks from Minnesota really are a hearty bunch aren't they" and I got a knee slap belly laugh from my pops ❤, but it definitely was just outside of Culver's so ... And I'm half Minnesotan... My dad showed me the golf course he walked to to caddie  at when he was a kid.... Thanks for jogging that memory love you guys
