Brian is fully self-made and he did it in a time when there was no YouTube or Instagram. Dude is a legend and very inspiring.

Damn this is like 15 years old.... nostalgic. My uncle had a house in Lake Elsinore/ Temecula.  Back in the early 90s it was hardly developed,  just homes.  I remember we used to ride ATCs and quads around the area. Kids would ride their dirtbikes straigt out of the garage and down the street to the canyon areas.  I miss the free riding days, why I left California.

Deegan still owns this place but moved to a new home in 2022.  You can AirBnB this house now.  I am literally sitting in the living room writing this.  Despite it being stripped down this property is sick ASF.  The pool is amazing.  The landscaping is gorgeous.  Vineyards on the property with grapes on the vines.  Like Deegan says the only draw back is the dirt road to get into the property.  Even still I would live here in a hot second.

Not many stars use their money wisely and Brian you have taken the business end of bikes very well (smart) and raised your kids, Hailie, Haiden and Hudson with that same momentum. Did you ever think your kids would be where Haiden, Hailie and Hudson are today? Haiden is building his compound with a dirt track now and will no doubt, have the same mindset as the ole man. Proud of you with where you are today, man. I used to watch you and Pastrana tear it up back in the day, man and never thought you’d be where you are today. You’re awesome and love your videos with Haiden. Man, what a talent he’s taken off of you. He just turned 20 and has what men that have retired from racing bikes, never touched. Haiden is an inspiration to kids, man and that’s cool af. He’s def got a good head on his shoulders and can’t wait to see what he does in 2026. Stay safe, man. ✌🏼
