Many (like me) dream of traveling to paradisiacal Caribbean or Southeast Asian beaches. What not everyone knows is that in Argentina we can also find beautiful beaches that seem to belong to a tropical climate, with crystal-clear waters and a warm weather.

Ituzaingó is a town in the province of Corrientes, very close to the city of Posadas in the province of Misiones, and with access to Paraguay via the impressive Yacyretá hydroelectric dam. A city with port origins on the banks of the Paraná River, it's a popular destination for tourists who come to enjoy its beautiful beaches every summer. Characterized by bluffs covered in lush vegetation that resembles a tropical rainforest, with palm trees and abundant greenery, Ituzaingó is ready for travelers to relax and escape the daily grind. Full of restaurants serving delicious food and accommodations, it's a city where history is also present, recalling its Jesuit and Guarani era. Numerous museums showcasing Ituzaingó's rich cultural heritage complete the experience of visiting this unmissable destination, which can be described as Argentina's tropical paradise that everyone should discover. It resembles Southeast Asia or the Caribbean, but it's in Argentina, and not many people know about it outside the country's coastal region. Today we'll be walking through its streets, and I invite you to join me.
