The dachshunt looks guilty 😂

I can't stand people who would rather sue than admit they made a mistake

As soon as I saw the photo at 1:45 I knew what happened. The dachshunds dug under, not the husky or lab, as the dirt is scattered on the plaintiff's side of the fence.

The JJ lunchtime crew meets again! 🙂

Had Dachshunds for 40 years and boy do they dig holes big ones

Dachshunds are notorious diggers and persistent as well. I honestly do believe that they would dig to the other yard. They were bred to hunt badgers, to actually dig out badgers from underground, so these dogs can be very stubborn. What most likely happened was that they could smell the new dogs and wanted to find out who they were. Most of the dachshunds I’ve met are super friendly to other dogs, they could have just wanted to meet the other dogs. But huskies can be temperamental and protective of their space. I can’t blame the plaintiff, but anyone that owns a dachshund knows the signs of their dog’s digging habits. The owner should have installed a fence that went into the ground, if he really wanted to avoid large dogs coming into the yard. And besides huskies are more likely to climb fences, rather than dig under them.

As an owner of the exact identical dog as his I know his dog was not staying in their lil lane and got her lil tail handed to her going over to the neighbors big dogs as if it’s a lioness.  These dog will definitely pick and start a fight in a heartbeat.

1:03 Did he just play the "I am actually a veteran, so you have to believe me" card?

I can't concentrate on this case with Brandi in there. She like "why am I here? I just want my treats and walkies!"🤭🤭

Dachshunds love to dig tunnels. They are bred to hunt moles.

Poor doggie; I don’t think the plaintiff will win tho

Leaving your dogs outside and leaving home... bet he loses. Fences only work 99% of the time.

I own 2 mini dachshunds and I can tell you this the digging they do is insane. Mine dig holes all over the yard. They’ve dug up pipes and under a huge shed. It happens.

How can he say the neighbor's dogs dug that hole? It very clearly shows piles of dirt kicked back on his side.

He’s so lying. He wants the defendant to pay for his vet bill even though his dog was at fault.

Weenie dogs are literally breed for going into holes and pulling out rabbits. If you own one it's imperative you check your fence because they'll go through a hole before you know it.

Don’t let your small dogs in the backyard unsupervised ! These dog owners are ridiculous and careless !

a husky is usually abt 50lbs a lab 35 maybe, no husky or lab will fit a whole that small, also his dachshund is 18lbs! when they should be 6-12 he needs to work on his dogs weight rather then if her lab or husky can fit through a fence. ALSO. dachshund are hunting dogs bred to go through small holes to grab rats and other rodents, they are natural diggers i guarantee his dogs got into HER yard

Buuuut how did a dog from the other side of the fence move the rock??

I love how JJ will always look at the puppy pics
