I love how she is not really ugly, it's only her sad face and the shadows. She is actually a beautiful woman when she smiles !!

I think the most depressing part about this is that this seems to be her house that the party is being held in, and yet nobody is dancing with her. That sucks 😢

I just love how they kind of complement each other (talking about their designs) she has a small chin, big nose, small torso and feet, and he is the complete oposite, so it’s cute seeing them dance and kinda see how they become a whole together

Brother man looked afraid for his life when her dress tore! This is such a good animation

This short film is the reason I developed my love for the enemies to lovers trope

That thief might be considered a criminal because he's trying to steal the diamond, but he's the only real man here, ironically.

Dont you hate it when you try to rob someone but come home with a potential relationship instead?

Her smile is the best one in the universe

This was super cute
The value of the diamond ceased to exit when she thought she found a person who finally saw her for her. 🥺

You know when she is in the most happiest it’s like her inner beauty is starting to take form. I think this video is showing us that it’s not what comes from the outside, but the inside.

This reminds me of the ice age 3 tango when two characters are fighting while doing the tango

She’s so pretty ! And I love her smile it makes me so happy although I cried when no one would dance with her and she thought she was ugly :(

Perfect portrayal of Argentine tango. 1) Dark, passionate, mysterious. 2) Older women are often passed over at milongas. 3) The animation accurately showed the tango steps. Perfect.

I think she’s beautiful. And we all should love ourself, our imperfections, and our bodies because nobody is perfect 😊

I remember seeing this as a two part video on my 3DS way back when. What always bothered me is that you don't actually get to see the thief's identity lol but that's why I remember this animation and still love it.

I watched this years ago. I probably saw it more than once since, but it’s certainly been a few years since I last saw it. Yet, I thought of this animation and sought it because I wanted to experience it again. That’s how well done and good this is. It left an impression that withstood years.
