Lol there's a lot of chocolate in that junk journal. Great ideas, I find my true junk junk journal is the most fun of all my journals. in fact I am too scared to use die cuts and fancy materials! I just upload pics of mine. I have been thinking about integrating gel plates with it, but it didn't fit my 100% junk rule but I think it adds something special so may need to lower the bar!

I love this journal, especially your art work, the repurposed 'rubbish' and the gel prints. Would you consider doing a gel printing video - your stencils are very interesting - and a how to make the chunky button out of a milk bottle cap one too? Thank you.

Hi Val-- I am new to your channel--I so enjoyed your flip through with all the recycled items and how you made such interesting items out of them!! I love making and using Junque Journals, too. thanks for the fabulous, creative pages--hugs, Julierose🥰

You are so creative! Thank you for sharing; you’ve given me a lot of inspiration for my current projects. This may seem like an odd thing to say, but my big takeaway is to be braver with my collages and just TRY stuff—it doesn’t all have to make sense and be so edited. Your combinations really work, and the intuitive/chaotic makes the journal really interesting and engaging. The flip-through felt like an exploration or adventure (as opposed to a curated and predictable paved path). If you have any advice on how you somehow manage to keep it cohesive, I’m all ears!

Howdy, Val! New Subbie here! Your video popped up in my YT feed. Thank you for sharing your chunky monkey junk journal! I do love to watch a good flip through of a journal that has been journaled in! Love the addition of gel prints and painty papers! HUGs 💜

At 5:15 I love the blue/green and white gel print. You said it might be a roll off print. What does that mean exactly plz? I’d love to have a go at that!
