One thing I have learned this past summer, traveling over 14,000 miles on my motorcycle, is no pictures or videos, come close to seeing the real thing with your own eyes.

Exquisite video of the elephants and antelope. Great music. All your videos are very good, and this one has a few extra treasures in the CAR. If you can, I suggest making each video longer. I often find myself wishing they were longer, about a half hour if at all possible. Joe in Santa Cruz, CA

Best place i ever visited, was in burkina, close to the border of ghana. From the entrance i had to drive about 20 kilometers to that place, and i was told if i met some elephants along the way....staycalm!!
So, 18 kilos there was no elephant to see but out of the nowhere .....left and right along the road. Wow!!!!
Then i reach the camp and had to take one of the huts, they did not want to let me stay in my bus.
Then i went a small hill up and there, at a waterplace, lots of the elephants. There was a kind of balkony, from were we could watch them. So close , i could nearly spit on them. Amazing.
I went back to my hut to take a nap, and when i woke up and opend the door, there he stood. Literaly about 5 meters away. A nearby guard told me just to stay calm. And i saw the others...a whole group were just walking through the camp. One of them showed much interrest in my car, specialy my antenna and the mirrors.
Later i was told they do this regulary and thats why the place is famous. And one thing is for shure, elephants smell horribly bad. Never forget the place , also because i stepped on a very very green snake
