that coach in the blue helped alot today

The difference is unreal with one coach; and is coaching how to stunt which makes a more entertaining routine!

They look so much better thanks to the coach in blue. My goodness!!! Yaaaaaaasssss ladies 🙌🏾

The girls seem to take well to this coach! Great practice and good coaching. The girls need a set time of conditioning every practice to build strength and endurance

“Someone bring me the scissors.” 🤣🤣

I love the new coaching style!! Can we see Coach Lauren and Coach Nigel with the other teams??

Everyone need to perform more they need some facial expressions especially flyers

Great practice and discipline this was the best one so far to me

Such a good practice. If they keep this up, I can definitely see a huge improvement for them. Excited to see where it takes them.

this routine is getting better

Excited to see revamped routine of stage!!

I agree with the coach that they spend a lot of time doing burpee’s when it appears to me that they need more core and leg strengthening-maybe do some 6 inches off the floor🤷🏽‍♀️. I still think that the tumbling passes seem disjointed when they stop and start again. The pass with the young lady doing the single no hand seems oddly out of place and seems to need something added-maybe a walkout of the flip into a round off then back flip. Anyway, these young queens are beautiful and very talented. Thank you coaches for applying pressure bcuz pressure makes flawless diamonds!

Sooooo much talent, amazing ladies, great coaches, great discipline, stunning skills and the tumbling is beautiful! The three young ladies make it look effortless. I love this CUC season!

This coaching style worked pretty well. Im not familiar with the coaches names except coach Black, however this particular coach, i really like her coaching style. I hope it continues. She is stern but still respectful to the young ladies. Not saying the other coaches aren't; i also like that it was less coaches, it seemed less overwhelming or irritating for the athletes.

I hope persons that are the stronger athletes on the team dont eventually become bored with the sport especially on the team. I know they get annoyed a lot, especially with a lot of them being pre teens and older. They dont wanna deal with this or that and stuff like that. They just need to discipline themselves and things should work out.

Athletes that have been with CUC before like Nadia and Ashlyn (im so sorry for spelling their names wrong) they seem to almost always have an attitude when being critiqued. If thats naturally their personality then okay, but if not, i hope the coaches really speak with them.

I see all the original girls London Nadia Taylor they still got it😮

Londen Williams with the movements ❤️🗣️

Black African American empowerment! Truly coaches the girls are continuing to improve, be free of injuries and accomplish wining championships competitions in cheerleadering ! James in America Chicago peace be upon you.🤔🧐🤨🕖❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love this coaching we have a team in Syracuse New York call so we be having to do that too parents think it's unfair but it's not specially when the coaches have to bust a behind and we have more than one team our watch all your videos one day I'll come down here to see how

in a prev video we seen girls throw passes that im guess they just got it . I think you should incorporate them into running tumbling instead of having multiple girls throw multiple passes . Also thats the only way they’ll really keep the pass if they keep throwing it
