If you have to say that one of the present day actors is the best...I would have to go with this man...look at his resume...Last of the Mohicans ,my left foot, every time he takes a part he makes it so memorable. 3 time Oscar winner and gentle soul...I will post other interviews..He is kind..thoughtful..what you would expect...

I love how he takes time to think of his answers. Someone who thinks in Hollywood.

OMG. Unbelievably gorgeous, a brilliant mind, humble. This man is surreal.

Does anyone else notices that he always behaves like the characters he plays for a while after the movie ? In this interview I feel like seeing Gerry Conlon, that only shows that this man gets into the characters he plays and it takes him time to get back to his natural state. DEDICATION, PASSION, DISCIPLINE.

I don't understand interviewer's comment of awards and Hollywood games. And to say Mr. Day-Lewis is "lucky" to get one. A bit insulting to the actor and the industry.

Fantastic actor ...just watched "In the Name of the Father" again last night. He's brilliant in it as Gerry Conlon. The 1st time I saw the movie I was convinced that he actually was Irish since his accent is so authentic. He should've won the best actor Oscar for that role. Tom Hanks performance in Philadelphia was good but Day-Lewis' was superior. In this case Hanks won more for the content and subject matter of the movie than for his performance in it.

I remember when they filmed in the name of the father here in Ireland, I was literally standing 5 feet away from Daniel, I was 18 at the time and my friend kept nudging me telling me that he was looking at me and when I looked he was smiling at me and making eye contact a lot in between takes, so the question the guy is asking about if he's embaressed or flattered by girls liking him, I can tell you he's definitely flattered 😂😂❤❤

What a stupid question. Everyone likes being loved. If I was an actor and someone has a picture of me in her room then I would be happy. Except if it's the lady from Misery.
