Stormvermin are born with black fur and will be chosen once they are old enough.
Clanrats are born with brown fur and can not change the colour. If you are a brown clanrat you will be that forever. No matter how hard you work.
In order to be a skaven abouve that level you have to be born with grey fur., commonly known as a Grey Seer.
They are the ones who do magic, high technology and upper leadership.
Exept of Clan Mors, no black fur rats can reach higher leadership and no brown fur rat can achieve anything notable at all.
So while this video may sound dire, it is actually even more hopeless.
Once you find yourself beeing born in that rat litter, as a brown one, your abuse will never end.
