Hi friends 💕 Today I wanted to discuss how to budget especially for low incomes, and inconsistent incomes. Using a budget tracker completely changed my life. It added timelines and structure to achieving what felt like was unachievable and allowed me to reflect on my decisions, learn from my mistakes, and feel empowered with my money. I use a past, present, and future structure to budgeting that makes it really easy to begin and picot from there. I’m a sales manager and part of my income is a percentage of my employee’s commissions, so my paychecks can fluctuate. I budget off of my lowest possible earnings based on the past like you showed 😊
I'm a low income earner, uni student with a part time job, and am saving up to buy a horse after graduation (not the smartest financial goal I know).
One thing that's saving me money is not owning a car and rarely even driving. Obviously that's not possible everywhere, but living in a city with public transport it's much cheaper and often faster than standing in the traffic 😅
