Shane Dawson is back in terms of being spoken about by people on the internet, and today I want to talk about multiple things to do with Shane. His hiring of Destery Smith, and his latest response to everything to do with his past and controversy.

Might I add: 6 hour deep dive that is not even close to be finished yet. Nikki still has years of Shane nonsense to cover. I love her so much

Nikki and her friend building a virtual machine in order to access Shane's old videos that he tried to delete from the internet is both an admirable feat of research and pettiness that all journalists should aspire to.

Him referring to his past controversies/cancellation as "trauma" is him painting himself the victim. He hasn't changed or learned anything in all these years.

hearing the phrase "those aren't the last mistakes i'll ever make" in a video where Destery is responding to allegations about being a predator is fucking CHILLING.

Funny how Shane feels more ashamed of making fun of celebrities than he does mocking minorities or victims of SA.

Destery really hit us with the "i'm not a groomer :( I'm just a loser :)"

Destery has been editing Shane’s videos for years now. Also Destery had a segment on Shane’s main channel where he’d upload a video of like revenant pop culture things once a week. Im not sure why Destery and Shane are acting like they haven’t been friends for a decade now and are “just now” working together. OG fans and Pepperidge Farms remember.

surreal that he is referring to his voluntary participation in blackface as "trauma" like bro no one asked you to do that

To all the people that say… “if a man did that then he would already be in jail” when talking about a woman committing sexual crimes. MEN GET AWAY WITH THAT SH** ALL THE TIME. Literally clear evidence, nearly a hundred videos of this man kissing underage girls, making sexual “jokes” toward minors, babies, and even saying he did something sexual with his cat.
Literal crimes and he has had no consequences for over a decade.

No matter what, Katie Morton will always be weird for helping Eugenia’s friends get a 5150 on her and then turning around and talking to her like she was a victim of it all when she got out of treatment.

I watched all of Nikki's deep dives on Shane and there were so many things that happened that I forgot about. Shane still having an audience just proves that cancel culture does nothing.

I saw Nikki Carreon in the thumbnail and clicked so fast. Nikki ATE HIM UP in the deepdive and it isnt even finished

Kati Morton still needs her license revoked. For her traumatizing Eugenia Cooney, for diagnosing Logan (or Jake, i can't remember) Paul without knowledge or consent, for being a co-founder of BetterHelp, and for going outside of her designated scope of practice and training to diagnose Logan Paul.

16:49 He goes on and on about how he's not the same person he was 5 years ago then immediately starts saying that's how he's always been and will always be. Which one is it dude lol

Not Destery Smith pulling the Jeffree Star move😭
"Was I being a terrible person? Absolutely.
Am I still a terrible person? Absulotely NOT.
Would I do it again?
100% not in a million years."

Hearing Destery being involved once more made me shudder. What do you mean Destery and Shane are still friends? What do you mean that this guy is STILL relevant? My jaw is dropped... Like, him and Shane need to leave the internet.

Kati Morton complaining about people making "mean" videos about her is so rich considering the videos she made were profiting off of speculating about people's mental health issues without their input

Shane really said he regrets making fun of celebrities more than doing actual blackface
