Meet the Miniaturist Hannah Lemon, a UK based miniaturist specializing in 1/12 scale house plants with incredible detail and beauty.

Hannah is an accomplished artist, photographer and winner of Season 2 of Best in Miniature, the Canadian reality-based show about....miniatures!

In this special Meet the Miniaturist, we hear all about Hannah's early inspiration growing up in Japan, how she got started making miniatures during the COVID pandemic and the interesting twist and turn to her focus on small scale house plants and the challenges she faced navigating her first U.S. miniature show: the Tom Bishop Show in Chicago.

A BIG little thanks for Hannah for sharing her story, her thoughts and her tiny treasures!

All the miniatures and houses I make are for Gnomes and mice. And as everyone knows, mice and gnomes have short legs. So I make furniture a bit shorter (closer to the ground), but otherwise 1/12th scale. I call it Mouse Scale or Imaginscale or Freescale.
