Today I'm trying out some Meeden gouache paints and watercolor paper. For a budget priced brand I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and vibrancy of the paints and the way that the paper took the mixed media.

I'm using gifted products from Meeden Art in this video! If you're interested in trying out these supplies for yourself, check out the links below ⬇ ((affiliate links)) ⬇

I know this is an older video. But I wanted to tell you how much it is inspired me. I have a lot of books of watercolor paper that were sent to me over the years that I’ve had no idea what to do with. And now I know I can just play with my Gouache and different mediums that I usually say from my coloring books, and have fun. And who knows, maybe create something really awesome 🎉.

Life doesn't get any better than watching you experiment with gouache (my fave) and create . . . while sitting on my sand dune in Baja sipping my morning coffee. Then off to my sketchbook to fiddle! THANK YOU!

Fascinating to see gouache used in a very different way. I love the combination with acrylic ink.

Very nice. I’ve never used their gouache, it have used their paper with watercolor, It’s inexpensive and I think it’s just as good as, dare I say Arches 😅 with watercolor, the paper matters tremendously, and definitely good with acrylics.

Glad i fpund this titorial. Just to mention i bought both the meeden set, and the popular HIMI set. I found the Meeden much better, nicer colours which even tho u can mix HIMI colours from the jelly sets, they just dont have the same llovely result. Colour matters, obviously. Meeden all the way!

I received a set of Meeden Acrylics for Mothers Day and absolutely love using them. Colours are vibrant and a little paint goes a long wait. Thanks for this review and your content is most informative and inspiring.
