After making the trip, we found out the seller hadn’t been honest with us about the deal, leaving us with a long drive and little inventory to show for it. Come along for the road trip, the failed buy, and what happened when we finally got there.

Sometimes reselling deals work out… and sometimes you drive hours for absolutely nothing. 😂

I have people all the time try to negotiate after I arrive to pick up something we already made a deal on. Once we agree on a price, whether I'm buying or selling, that's it. If I drove all the way to meet you somewhere that means I did so because an agreed price was worth me doing that.

But this is next level bad. I'm glad you left it in the video. No one should buy from that person ever IMO, but you're a nicer person than me lol. If it was me I would have rather walked away with nothing than buy anything from him

Made the best of it! Love it! It was fun to go dumper diving with you. I was on my way home after a hysterectomy and stopped at the side of the road for a freebie Thonet MCM chair:)
