I worked as a sculptor on the film 'Aliens' at Stan Winston's studio. I was on the crew that sculpted the miniature mother alien.

James Cameron is incredible. Do 3 movies like these as Terminator 1.2. and Aliens, just unbelievable. The biggest History of movies from the 80's. Even the Theme he picked to Terminator it's shows the way before as we just see now like AI. I saw T2 in Cinema I was 9, I never forget that feeling!

Aliens was the movie that I went repeatedly to see in the theater. Every time somebody told me they hadn't seen it yet, I'd drag them to go see it. One of those nearly perfect movies. And to be clear, Alien and Aliens are different movies, both made by young filmmakers when they both young and hungry. And both films are the best in their own ways.

Didn’t know Sarge had two Purple Hearts. Wish he had more screen time

Paul Reiser did such a good job making Burke loathsome that I still feel that distaste whenever I first see Reiser in any other context. I know hes not Burke, but it takes my brain a second to catch up

Exiting and inspiring story! I wish films were still made this way! This film is timeless!❤

I like how the editing proves how valuable it is. At 4:44 the speed at which the alien rises from the water is so campy in real time. Yet, in the film it was wisely edited with slow motion - not to mention the eerie Horner music.

Burke was great as a slimy company man

The first two videos I ever bought were Terminator and Aliens and I watched them both to death. But I watched Aliens more and for me is the best Alien film.

It's a non-stop thrill ride that builds the tension brilliantly and then releases with a barrage of action.

All of the actors were fantastic. Weaver was totally believable, as was Bill Paxton.

"Hey Vasquez, have you ever been mistaken for a man?"

"No, have you?" 😂

What happend to all the talented film makers? Why can't we have more movies like this today?

Alien was a horror movie, and very well made. Aliens. like Terminator, was an edge of your seat nonstop action, and those two movies are the only movies where I actually found myself on the edge of my movie theatre seat. Every now and then I still rewatch them; they are sooo good.

Its VFX thats made the movies from 80' and 90' decades so good ... all the cgi in new movies makes it bad

It is hard for me to decide sometimes which movie in the franchise is my most favorite. No doubt the competition between the first 'ALIEN" movie that took us to places that no-one had gone before - to 'ALIENS" - time to kick some alien ass! - is hard for me to choose between the two. Both are on my list as some of my favorite movies of all time. But "ALIENS" stands alone on it's own as the perfect sequel to the masterpiece. Maybe that's why I chose my personal vanity license plate on my bad-ass F250 to read - "SULACO"
