El restaurante al que fueron se llama Sublimotion. En la final de Masterchef 3 España, en la prueba por equipos, cocinan para comensales de este restaurante.

Lo de filipina puede tener mas sentido de lo que parece , veamos como Latinoamérica fueron colonia de españa (mismo modus operandi)  y luego intentaron independizarse , revolución que no se concreto , luego  sucedió que EEUU llego y se apropiaron , eliminando por sobre todo el lenguaje español , eeuu castigaban el hablar en español porque filipina se apropio de eso y lo usaba para volver a independizarse , entremedio paso la guerra fria , dictadura (vamos una situación muy similar a Latinoamérica)  etc .
Supongo que tiene que ver con esa carga histórica  y ese conflicto
