I’m 79 and I’ve been to about 12 elvis concerts. 4 in the 50s 2 in the 60s and about 6 in the 70s. I’ll tell you I’ve never seen or heard anyone better than elvis and I’ve seen a lot.

One of Elvis' backup female singers was Cissy Houston, Whitney's Mom.

I'm smiling ear to ear, seeing younger generation seeing and hearing Elvis for the first time, and GETTING it! He was awesome.

I am 81 and grew up in the 50's. When Elvis came along all the guys were jealous because all the girls were smitten. I went to the last concert he did in Las Vegas and I enjoy many of his songs. Elvis really was an extremely good showman.

They don't call him " The King" for nothing!

Elvis Presley was my first concert.  June, 1975.  Every guy wanted to be like him, and every woman wanted to be with him.  A true legend.

I loved watching younger people watch Elvis for the first time.  It’s great.

70's Elvis the best Elvis, in shape, bomb ass outfit, and jesus, those MOVES!!!!

The fact that this younger generation doesn’t know or listen to Elvis is sad.  You’re in for an amazing discovery

I saw Elvis in Tahoe in 1971. My parents took my sister and I to see him for my sister's 10th birthday. Elvis pulled my sister up on stage, sang happy birthday to her and gave her a kiss. He also gave her a 4-album set. A moment she'll never forget.

When my beautiful wife was 19 years old, she and her boyfriend at the time,  were in line trying to get tickets to see Elvis perform that night at a venue in Lake Tahoe.  While they were in line, A large man in a suit approached them and asked my wife if she had a nice dress she could wear, if he got her tickets to the show.  She said she did have a peach colored sleeveless gown. So the man explained to them that he is Elvis's assistant and Elvis likes to have pretty women sitting near the stage, so he would get her in.  He said to just meet right in front 15 minutes before the show and he would escort them in.  So sure enough, later that evening, true to his word, the large man escorted them to a table near the stage. She was very nervous as she had a fake ID, and was sort of shy. Towards the end of the performance Elvis started to sing "Can't Help Falling In Love". he walked over to their table, took my wife by the hand and pulled her on stage and sang the song to her!  He then gave her a signed scarf he was wearing.  We have that framed in our home...  a very special memory for my wife.

Attended in 1976. Finest show I have ever seen.  2.5 hours fantastic musician and showmanship.Elvis left the auditorium yet there was a 45 minute standing o.

When I was six years old I met Elvis and His manger colonel Tom Parker at col. Tom's office in Nashville. It was just by accident, but even at that age I was a big Elvis fan, and I recognized him and yelled at him and he motioned for my dad to pull in and he came to the car and hugged me, I told him I loved him and he said I love you too little man. Unfortunately cameras weren't always handy back then like they are now. But I am 50 now and I will never ever forget that moment.

she was caught in elvis' spell

"Not reproducible" is the perfect way to describe it. It will never be replicated.

Elvis broke the barriers with his moves and his performance.

Before anyone did anything, Elvis did everything!

I was lucky enough to see Elvis live in Memphis 1975. Best voice, performer to ever live.
