▼Ingredients
150g plain flour
13g baking soda (if you're not used to using baking soda, try using 10g baking soda or 4-5g baking powder instead)
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
100g milk
100g sugar
1.5 tablespoons honey

Toppings
Sesame seeds: to taste
Raisins: to taste
Almonds: to taste

▼Tips
Sift the plain flour through a sieve to achieve a fluffy texture.
Dissolve the sugar thoroughly. This prevents lumps.
Let the batter rest for 4-5 minutes.
Use a baking sheet that fits the size of your steamer.
Fill the cups 70-80% full with batter.
Add the toppings at the beginning of the steaming process, as they will sink. Wait 1-2 minutes.
Steam for about 15 minutes (insert a skewer and the batter will come out clean).
Turn off the heat and steam for another 1-2 minutes.
