Almost every episode, you hear a woman say she doesn’t like light-skinned men and prefers dark-skinned men. But when a man says he prefers light-skinned women, suddenly it’s colorism. That’s crazy work. Black is black, and people should be allowed to have preferences, as long as they’re not putting down or disrespecting anyone who doesn’t fit that preference.
