A piece of the clan scene to keep. Available here: https://epicdesk.shop/collections/jac...
This is the complete history of Rust clans and the definitive story of the competitive Main Scene. It traces the full timeline from its golden era on Rusty Moose, Rustafied, Rustopia, and Rustralasia, to the scripting scandals, server wars, and heavy commercialization that ended it for good.
At the center of it all are Neeko and KiNN: two of the most influential clan leaders in Rust history. Their six-year rivalry escalated from standard raids and roams into an all-out battle over the servers themselves Vital Rust vs. Affinity Rust. What began as in-game combat quickly transformed into a high-stakes fight over money, power, and who controlled where Rust was played.
This Rust documentary was made possible thanks to the hundreds of players, leaders, server owners, and admins who shared their raw footage, screenshots, Discord logs, and memories. Full credits are listed at the end of the video.

There’s something special about looking back at what we built around Rust.
For many of us, it became much more than a game. It was a source of enjoyment, income, friendships, competition, and countless memories.
There was plenty of competition and drama, of course, but when you look back years later, that’s not what stands out the most.
Really nostalgic seeing it all documented like this. We probably didn’t realize how memorable those years would become while we were living them.
Thank you Jack for keeping the memory of the scene alive, where thousands of players spent countless hours in! 🛢
Hope everyone from the OG Main Scene is doing well 🧡
Good times. Great times.
Well....what now? Who knows like jack said right?
Will Sunny Rust make his triumphant return from getting a job and entering the workforce?
Will Neeko ever really reveal his finances and show us how many wheel chairs and prosthetic limbs he's bought with vitals money?
Did Mystic really own and operate a chain of Subways in the Middle east?
Does Louis actually want you to "come to mother fucking atlas"?
Did Kinn actually use affinity funds to buy multiple cruises for Hoebama not just the one?
Does OT now stand for "Old Timers"?
Unfortunately we will never know.....This is Don Vader with Main scene tonight signing off.
As jack says,
See you next wipe...
Thanks for everything
If you at any point dedicated your life to be a degenerate grinding rust for 140+hrs past 2 weeks you have a mental fortitude a regular person does not have. You may have a mental issue too, but use it to your advantage. Godspeed
Ps, burst gang on top
The Rust Clan scene is still the greatest experience I have had in gaming (and I have played/ competed in everything)
I am hopeful for better days ahead where competition is the focus but with new developments like content and marketing (not for it to be for money but to give something that holds the clans to a higher standard) that creates legacy and enables us to document the insane storylines and rivalries that the clan scene provides!
The Clan scene will rise again!
