A lot of judges are mandating mental health participation. If the perp violates or refuses they get the full penalty. I think it's more appropriate.

Why would she know he's not going to hurt her when he's literally put her in hospital before, beat her to a pulp before, and outright disregard every authority before? Why on earth would she know that he's not going to hurt her when he phones her up from prison and says he's going to hurt her or kill her? It's horrific. What a worm.

That scumbag already put her in hospital ! This is grotesque. She is not safe. Bare minimum is 5 years in prison. Judge can disregard any plea deal  as well.
