We just tried your griddle method. Background:  I’ve been cooking on griddles since before Blackstone.  Had made a 22” made around 2000 or 2001. I have the 1st Blackstone, now two Iron 36”, one 36” Stainless plus a 28” griddle.  We love our home-made pizzas traditionally in the oven then in the Air Fryer when they come out.  BUT…just tried your method on my 28” Blackstone.  Had to apologize to my wife.  Your method is so easy, so quick.  Not to old to learn new tricks.
From DEEP SOUTH Mississippi… THANK YOU.

Browned my torts today for my first Blackstone breaksfast with eggs, onions, peppers, and bacon.  Wrapped them up like breakfast tacos.  Perfection!!  Love this thing!

Excellent Todd

Love watching these videos at camp!!!  Basically “on the fly”!!!👍👍👍

ok then......on my list "to do" - that music is top shelf!

Thatsa a good pizza...love the background music. Always willing to "give it a try".

Just made these with naan. So good! My blackstone has a hood so I used that instead of basting cover because the naan was too long. Turned the heat off once the bottom was crispy enough to let the cheese melt with the hood down.

Haven't used a griddle but ive been making naan bread pizzas since about 2011. A nice large cast iron pan is perfect,  and naan's thickness is ideal. I usually preheat the naan on one side in the pan, flip it then top it. Results in a slightly crispier crust. You can reduce heat if all your meat is precooked. Be well

Todd thanks to you for inspiring our favorite blackstone menu item!

Nice Job !👍🏻

Todd’s the best. Glad I’ve been following him for years.

My family surprised me with a large box of Blackstone griddle accessory’s thereby letting me know after seeing this that they had gotten me a 36” Blackstone with air fryer! The griddle won’t be in till early August but I am definitely making these griddle pizzas after a few cooks to help build the seasoning on my new griddle! What a fantastic Fathers Day gift!

I've been absolutely hooked on making these since I first tried them a couple months ago! They're the BEST! The tortilla makes em 👌👌
We call them Tortizzas!

Hello dear Ones I hope that the tortilla pizza has made you all sat. Was there also a dessert ?
Many greetings from Hamburg Germany 🌞

I do these all the time, but in a cast iron pan. Definitely have to try on my Blackstone. I usually use @mission carb balance 4 net grams carb. I also usually crisp first side, flip then build. Lost 75# eating these flavor bombs. The options are endless. Like grilled chicken, olive oil, garlic and parmesan cheese. Great job.

Selling our house…. Getting ready to go full time in our Tiffin. Pretty excited.  Love y’all!

those actually turned out great. perfect crisp

Hey, you did your good deed for the day- who knew you could use a tortilla for a thin crust pizza? Now, I do! Woohoo, you helped me be a smarter man today! Gracias, amigo! Thumbs up, subscribed!

I like everything about this cook. Excellent cook Todd

Finally someone using a two burner like me, I don't feel so inadequate LOL
