One day, a friend sent me a photo of a small, frightened black cat. When rescued in a hurry, the kitten was about a month old, thin and emaciated, unable to make a sound. I couldn't eat, and I could barely walk. 29 days of recovery, bonding with family, and becoming a talkative spoiled brat.
