Just a suggestion….add 1 tsp rubbing alcohol to keep it clearer longer.

Thank you for the video, I will reference this while I attempt to save my own childhood snowglobe which recently has detached ornaments from the inside in addition to water that's browned over the past 20 some years.  Thanks a bunch, we shall see if I'm successful.

I adore the detail on this snowglobe! You two always do such great work in restoring these globes. I think of it as re-energizing them with beautiful wishes and treasured memories by those who once loved them. You have given back hope to everyone subscribed by showing that these globes can have their "soul" back. Many kids and older kids can have back their happiness of these beautiful treasures!!!

thank you, i am so glad to know how to fix. and change water in my snow globes....

You two are amazing!  I love all things restoration and this so comforting to my soul to see this beautiful piece restored to its original beauty.

Its so pretty

Perfect!

Excellent Demo. Many Thanks 👍.

Thank you so much !!!!!I have so many snowglobes from Disney. THE WATER IS SO DARK. I Ddidn't know what to do , now I do.  Thank you for your video.

Thanks! It’s sad how horrible the internet can be and then there’s people like you. Bringing hope to humanity with an act of kindness. Just a wonderful set of videos that helped me a lot. I revived a rose snow globe and couldn’t figure out how to remove air bubbles, Thanks. I also used carbon (saltwater aquarium) in a bag to clear the water in a large bowl(2 day soak.) Then used that water to fill globe so it actually looks like snow falling without water.

You both did a great job it’s looks brand new.

love the glue tip

A friend gave me 2 snow globes & one was especially cloudy.   I followed your instructions & it turned out great.  Now to do the other one.  Thank you for easy to follow directions on this.

Thank you!

I love you channel! I have so many snow globes from my childhood and the water is turning brown now. Thanks for the awesome video!

Keep up there good work on YouTube mate keep up the good work on YouTube mate

Thank you for repairs to my globe step mother Easter gift updated😂

Thank you. I have a Friendly Village Snow Globe that I enjoyed last year, using a AA battery which has a thin wire and transformer. I hooked it up to my smart plug and controlled it with Alexa App.  This way used to be  such a joy so I was so disappointed when I attempted to set up Christmas stuff.  It would blow glitter flakes and illuminate a cottage inside the glow.  It has a wind up music box too.

I know the problem is the moving propeller similar to what you show.  When I have free time I’ll take it all apart since it’s  only taking space. I might see if I can use micro styrofoam and a blower. With 3-D printing exact parts can be made for repairing, the trick is to find someone who can make the part!  Merry Christmas.

This is the exact snow globe I have and it’s yellowed like this.

This was so helpful!   I have a globe that is turning color that I’ve had for 7 or more years.  It isn’t made anymore and I was wondering if it could be restored.  You made my day!!   Are you using distilled water?  And clear school glue is ok?!  I think that really surprised me.  Thank you again!
