ham bat + 2 football helm + 2 log suit + normal campfire = you can fight the deerclops head on. . stay near the campfire while fighting to avoid being frozen . . sanity drop during the battle againts deerclops is a thing, but you can just kite the nightmares and later eat some meat jerky to restore your health and sanity

You're the best dst beginner I've seen in a while, just the fact you managed to learn how to kite shadow creatures is very impressive. I hope you try it again, and if you do, just know deerclops has a huge insanity aura, so you need to preemptively gather a bunch of cooked cactus to counter her sanity drain when she eventually comes at day 30

Your first time playthrough is way more better than me. When I started playing the game blindfolded, I was dying constantly and scared everything even the pigmens. After dying a lot I've learned a lot and starting to feel like I'm really into this game 😂

Deerclops will clap everything in her sight. But honestly you survived way longer then I thought ya would. I thought for sure Deerclops was going to be the one to clap ya, but terror beaks are no joke

The first Don't Starve is much more pleasant. Especially Hamlet DLC. You have to try if you haven't yet 😊. You can link Shipwrecked and RoG to Hamlet as well, but you'd better start with Hamlet 😉
