My brother was wounded and saved by the choppers in Vietnam. He never stops praising the bravery of the chopper pilots of the Vietnam war.

I served under this major badass in Ramadi in 2006.
I served with small elements and specialized teams of Army Rangers (primarily from the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment) we operated in the area during that conflict. I met him and shook his hand. He was Deputy Commander at that time. One of the very best! That is a man I can say that I admire. Hellofabadass!

I could'nt hold a candle to these guys, or the guys mentioned in this video. Its nice to hear the 160th has a lot of support from all MOSes.

Sean, the more you talk about this time and theater, the more questions come up. Nairobi, 1994 during the Rwandan civil war, we were used as decoys. Mombasa and Nairobi. Hold our government accountable and expose these incidents for what they were.

He is an unsung hero.
Amen.

Thanks for sharing

So much blood and treasure lost in these wars.  Brave soldiers are killed... parents are destroyed... so sad.

Thanks!

Thank you for your service, as always 🙏🏼🤍✨

We need Keni Thomas, Brad Halling, Randy Romaglia, Paul Howe and Brad Thomas on the show to give their accounts on black hawk down too. Would love to hear more perspectives on this battle

The 160th is just a bunch of BADASS pilots! I’ve never heard anybody say one thing bad about 160th personnel 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Amazing Warriors one and all.

Shawn,
Love the show!  Great listen for me when I’m out hiking or in the gym.

Hey, your guest was in Korea when I was…both of us in 2ID.
Then in The Mog at the same time, only I was in 10th MTN.
Then part of the 3-4 October night I was airborne (Cobra driver) while his TF was in their fight.
Small world and keeps shrinking on me.

Keep up the great work informing us brother.

Respect

There’s a well documented pattern in the U.S. military where senior officers develop close relationships with certain defense contractors while still on active duty. After retirement, many of those same officers move into high paying roles with the companies they previously worked with or helped fund.
This “revolving door” has drawn criticism for years because it creates at least the appearance of conflicts of interest. The concern isn’t that veterans take private sector jobs many do so legitimately. The issue is when the transition looks like a reward for decisions made while still in uniform.
The pattern itself is real, repeated, and worth scrutiny every time it appears.

I admire you because you have a constitution that defends your right to speak normally right? Here no it's not the same thing, no matter what you are told. I'm learning a lot of things, it's great, thank you Ryan and all of you. Keep going Sue God bless you all.

That was some bad shit back in the day.

Irene!

You’d think Busch would have made it then?  Wonder what it hit if he was able to be flown out immediately.

That’s how we Americans get down! No man left behind!!!💪🇺🇸🦅
