Today I am building a small house for a family of 8 in the Sims 4! This home has 7 bedrooms AND it's build on a 20x15 lot! It has a full kitchen with dining, a small but cozy living room, and a garage that is serving as another bedroom. You can fit up to 8 sims here! Let me know what I should build next in The Sims 4!!!

Download this house by searching my EA ID luccaowens on The Sims 4 Gallery.

Maybe you can create a night club, lounge, or even coffee shop for witches called the Witches Brew and in the basement they can do spells ; or a teenage hangout spot with different activities

One thing I would do differently? Larger bathrooms, with tub/shower AND storage, including towels for all, medicine cabinets, places for 7 people to keep their stuff. I usually throw a cabinet over the toilet. Family computer somewhere. Fun idea!

I love how many stories this home can be used for! Fantastic! Also…can we all appropriate that he quoted Joe Dirt and Alyssa Edward’s in the same video! 😂😂

Love this. Love huge families for the drama but hate the huge houses. The smaller the house the better imo

I still want you to create practical magic characters and move them into your house. ❤❤❤❤❤

I love what you did with this build Lucca, and very much enjoy when you talk about the Sims who would call these houses “home.” Like their back stories family dynamics, careers, and personality. And how they’re reflected in each space. The little side story’s are always interesting lol. ❤

Love it! It would be SUCH a fun challenge if u tried building a small, cute little home with no kits! 🎉

Love this base game build. I love the different bedrooms. I would have added lights on the balcony and outside grill area. Great job! Love all the different colors. ❤
