Welcome back to Apartment Hunting in Vietnam – Day 2! 🇻🇳

Today, I continued helping my cousin look for a room to rent near her college. She had classes, so I went alone this time.

I visited 5 different rooms, from simple student rooms to rooms inside a hotel. But one room really shocked me!

#2 for sure; it's less expensive and it has a balcony as well as basic amenities, and no signs of water damage. 😊

Room 3 should be rent out to chickens for free!

I like #2 but would probably go with the either in the hotel. I am thinking that they are most likely not to have leaky ceilings in the rain and won’t flood. It also had what looked like a comfortable mattress. I am all about comfort and clean living conditions. No mold!

With the amount of rain you get...i would get 2nd floor..never first

I would take number 2 room. The first one has a leak and the 3nd one is really bad.

#3, though old and dirty, in the long run could be the most economical. Have the ceiling repaired, deep clean, and paint. I'd also put a portable sink in the kitchen. The only real issue for me is the limited natural light.

I like # 1 very friendly # 2 love out side space #3 no run #4 nice yes and out door space my favorite so far #5 nicer than #3 no windows light from out side. # 4 is the best

I think the $20 room is best, for a prisoner🤣
If it was my choice, I’d choose the very last one you showed that was in the hotel. I think it’s perfect for a single person. It had an awesome shower and it is closest to the school.

When I lived in Korea (I'm Korean, now living in Texas) we had no way to keep ice cream frozen at our home, so I bought ice cream at the shops all the time.
