Doctors are so jaded anymore they need to ask themselves why they wanted to be a Dr in first place. Also learn to listen.

My mom's blood specialist tried to say that what she has wasn't nothing to be too concerned about and now my mom is dying from it. It's hard to find doctors that actually cares about patients

My precious husband, the love of my life, lost his life to CLL in February of this year. He literally gave his life for his country, because his leukemia was the result of Agent Orange after serving during the Vietnam War. I miss him every hour of every day.

My husband died of this illness. , he was 38 years old.  His only symptom was constant sore throat.     RIP MY DARLING  x

One of the biggest problems in the medical world is the problem in ego doctors have, a lot of them refuse to listen to you or take you seriously, its exhausting having to be sick and having to deal not only with an illness and it symptoms but also trying to make doctors listen to you and getting them to be proactive in finding out what's going on.

My beloved sister died from AML the most fast moving leukemia. She lived about one and a half years.  She passed peacefully in Roswell Cancer Hospital on August 19, 2026.  We miss her so much but will see her again in heaven.

Now my father is suffering from Leukemia, the Docter has given first phase Chemo and we ready for next phase. So I wish him recovery soon.

I don't have any of the symptoms of cancer yet I still enjoy your videos just to give me more knowledge for down the road should they appear. Great work!

I presented after experiencing months of increasing shortness of breath and bilateral pleuritic chest pain. My Chest X-rays revealed multiple areas of collapse and fluid around both lungs, mediastinal lymphadenopathy, and a small mass in the lower right lung. Interestingly, my white blood cell count was only minimally elevated. My mediastinal lymph node biopsies revealed SLL with good prognostic markers. I had four courses (2 days/month for four months) of Rituximab & Bendamustine. That was just over six months ago, and despite some unchanged radiologic findings, I am feeling back to normal. Let's hope my story ends there.

I worry about this because family history.  Went to Mayo and found hpylori so scared of gastric cancer now. I've had every scan and test imaginable but always feel like I'm choking and sore throat. Lost 50# not right.

Thats true, but add that burden of being gaslit by doctor's to the fact that if they dont see that a test is necessary or a referral is required becauae they dont have a test that is so completely out of range they cant ignore, then insurance wont cover it

Cancer diagnosis and treatment is very slow. It took 6 months after diagnosis to start chemo / radiation. Surgery was 11 months after diagnosis for sarcoma. And they wanted to make it 13 months later originally.

1968 my uncle died from LEUKEMIA. I now have the symptoms and my blood work is concerning. I haven't followed up with the doctor. I guess I don't want, or care. ✝️🌈

In the UK, you wouldn't be under an oncologist unless you're diagnosed with cancaer. I've been under the NHS 2WW referral system for suspected cancer over 8 times since 2013. I have had the symptoms of head and neck, Lymphoma,  Oesophageal, stomach cancers since 2017. I've had Oesophageal strictures, enlarged lymph nodes throughout my upper body (including aorta, Oesophagus, tongue, salivary glands), odynaphagia, dysphagia, Oesophageal diverticulum, twin entrances to my stomach due to the diverticulum and a connecting fistula ... Yet I have never seen an Oncologist in all of these years.... It's now 2025 and it looks like this is my life for the foreseeable future.

This was great.  I’m going to hematologist/ onocologist tomorrow for results of first testing.  It has taken forever.  I have a ton of questions.  Do they have time to ANSWER THEM?  I was sent there by my GP.    SOMEONE EXPLAIN WHY.  Tomorrow…maybe.

I am scared in my 2nd month with CLL.  I have extreme fatigue and I am experiencing many symptoms already.  I am going to Houston to the MD Anderson Cancer Center University of Texas Houston in one week.  My insurance will not cover me and I am broke.  When I arrive I will have less than $100
