South Africa has reacted to criticism from U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, calling for respectful engagement between Pretoria and Washington.

The response comes amid renewed tensions between the United States and South Africa following new U.S. visa restrictions announced by Rubio targeting certain South African nationals involved in policies Washington says enable racial discrimination, uncompensated land seizures or incitement of violence. South Africa has rejected Washington’s characterization of its domestic policies and called for continued diplomatic engagement.

The visa restrictions and the other sanctions are targeted at the ANC and other political parties not aligned with the US goals. No surprise here.

They're about to get a crash course on how South African companies are captured by the ANC... and what happens to them after.

I give it less than a year, before "Amazon SA" is infested with government affiliations, and collapsing under incompetent leadership, while the profits get carried out the backdoor.

If Lamola thinks this load of BS he spewed is going to change any aspect of the collapsing relationship with the U.S he is sorely mistaken. Especially by saying there is no persecution in South Africa and no race-based policies, that whilst victims of the farm attacks went over to the U.S capitol to talk about their horrific experiences through the white cross project. From last year, straight through to date, they have not learned that there IS NO MORE LYING, the time for lying and covering up the racism and hatred towards Afrikaners are over. Just swallow that very hard pill Lamola and ilk, swallow it!!!!!

BEE is only conducive to ANC and connected Cadres. The state of SA shows what ANC policy amounts to, decay.

ANCs departure from power couldn't come sooner.
