Create you character, get to Erewon grab a chopper and fly north east. Reveal a few bivvies enroute. Land at at Sector 2 West bivouac. Track north along the border with Sector 1 to the northern coast. There's a stream and woodland near the satelite dish very productive. Then you will hit another jackpot along the stream to the north.
Buy any weapon blueprint you want. You could go back, they respawn!
