In his most run half marathon, what new tricks will MARM need to learn in order to protect his dodgy knee AND do himself justice in Oxford??
Will his annual night out in the City of Scholars be his undoing - or will he learn to time his run to perfection??

Love the style of content and was nicely surprised to see myself and a few fellow club runners in the vests behind you at the start :)

Well done on your pb, wife has now decided to do this one next year as it looks a good one, hope to see you at the rugby half. Let me know if you need a 🚗 place.

Congratulations on the PB, absolutely smashed it. Oxford looks like a fantastic race. Might be on my list for next year.
Bring on Rugby on Sunday and all those undulations 😂.

Oh Marm i'm so proud of you! Super gutted though, you were in my home town and I didn't see you (well I *did*, I shouted at you while you were about mile 10 and I was mile 3 but you didn't hear me, you were so focussed on getting it done 😭😭 *sob*) I'm signed up for 2025 too and this time I plan to be there early enough to spot you lurking around! 🤣

Well done. I’m a recent follower of yours, my wife thinks you are grumpier than me and that takes some doing. I take my hat off to you sir, I have found my spiritual home. Here’s a smiley face to annoy you😀

After the 6.02 first mile I was waiting for the car crash that never came.
Many congratulations. Running through injury isn't clever on paper but we all do it

Fantastic running, and with a dodgy knee! It's weird how sometimes a PB comes around when you least expect it.

Hello Mr MARM can't believe I'm in your video! Hubby Neil is even more jealous! Congratulations on your PB . Hopefully both of us will bump into you again at another race. If you're ever up in Lancashire let us know 😊
